Customer Content: Any data you upload or create within the platform, including but not limited to job records, timecards, crew information, documents, photos, schedules, and payroll data.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain the Service, including processing your data and delivering the features you use.
- Process payments through our payment processor (Stripe).
- Send service communications related to your account, billing, security alerts, and important product updates.
- Improve the product using aggregated and anonymized data only — we never use individually identifiable data for product analytics.

- Active accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
- Closed accounts: Upon account closure, a 30-day grace period applies during which you may access and export your data. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Backups: Automated backups may retain copies of your data for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems.
- Activity logs: System and access logs are retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes, then automatically purged.
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can access your data at any time through the Service or by requesting a data export.
- Correction: You can correct inaccurate or incomplete data through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
